Recipe in 10 minutes – These are awesome, fantastic garlic flatbreads

Try these incredibly tasty and simple-to-make Garlic Flatbreads for a delightful snack or lunchtime boost. These flatbreads, which take only ten minutes to prepare, are ideal for times when you want something handmade, flavorful, and garlicky but don’t have much time. The simplicity and adaptability of this dish are what make it so beautiful; you can use the flatbreads as a platform for your own bespoke pizza toppings or serve them with a range of dips and soups.

Garlic Flatbreads in 10 Minutes: Ingredients: For Flatbreads:

350g Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

A little Salt

60ml Oil

120ml Water

For Brushing:

Pressed Garlic (adjust quantity to taste)

A little Oil

Herbs to taste (such as parsley, cilantro, or rosemary)

Preparation: Make the Dough: Mix the flour, baking powder, and a little amount of salt together in a sizable mixing bowl. To the dry ingredients, add the oil and water. Work the contents into a smooth dough with your hands or a dough mixer. Add a little more flour if the dough seems too sticky, and a little more water if it seems too dry.Form the Flatbreads: Cut tiny bits of dough with your fingers and form them into balls. Using a rolling pin, flatten each ball onto a lightly floured surface to create your flatbreads. Aim for a thickness of approximately 1/8 to 1/4 inch, based on personal taste.

Prepare the Flatbreads: Over medium heat, preheat a nonstick skillet or frying pan. Put a flatbread in the pan after it’s heated up. Cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown and just beginning to puff up. Proceed with the remaining flatbreads in the same manner.

Brushing with Garlic Oil: Combine your preferred herbs and crushed garlic in a small bowl with a small amount of oil. This is going to be your flavor-filled brushing blend. While still warm, brush the top side of each cooked flatbread with the garlic oil mixture. They will get a wonderful flavor of garlicky herbs as a result.

Serving Ideas: While still warm, savor your garlic flatbreads directly from the pan, or use them for: a foundation for easy individual pizzas. A side dish to dip into your preferred stews or soups. a wrap for gyros or sandwiches. sides for a range of dips, like baba ganoush, tzatziki, and hummus.
